We seek an inside sales rep who is passionate about health and wellness, or making money, or both!




The one who succeeds in this position will be afforded the opportunity to build his/her own sales team. This opportunity has virtually unlimited earnings potential.

Before you do that, however, you must open and build 1-2 markets: You will be calling on medical practitioners, office managers, etc., and, ideally, closing on the first or second call. Ideally you already have experience doing telesales.

You will be paid a base plus commission (residual). Ours is a service that will annually auto-renew. That means the sales you make today should bear significant commissions down the line with little maintenance. We are only working certain geographic areas at a time, but our market is global. That means that there will always be a new market to open and more money for you to make.

You will be responsible for all sales activities:

-prospecting (made eminently easier by accessing millions of leads via Sales Genie),
-developing and qualifying new business.
-reporting daily activity to your supervisor.


The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 50-100 calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

You will have access to millions of prospect records via Sales Genie, web and video sales assets, developed and tested call scripting and FAQs, and even office space if you desire it (and if you’re located in Chicago).

This is a 1099 position so work from your choice of venues. If you need the desk and quietude we have it.

We employ extensive online campaigns, re-targeting, etc. so you will have every opportunity to close business if you have the drive and self-starting, disciplined


-Meet activity goals, such as outgoing calls (this is a telesales position, after all) resulting in new opportunities and new business and revenue growth. Ensure documentation of all activity daily. Fair warning: We are big believers in mystery shopping so expect that you will be calling on your manager(s) from time to time. It’s quality control and investment risk mitigation. The fact is we are investing n you and giving you all the tools you’ll need to succeed. But, like all things, we need ROI in the near and long term.

-Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
-Understand customer needs and overcome objections
-Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
-Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
-Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
-Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
-Perform effective online demos to prospects


-BA/BS degree or equivalent (Preferred)
-Previous telesales and cold-calling or experience, preferably to business owners or, better yet, practitioners (Preferred)
-Demonstrated ability to hunt for new customers with strong desire to WIN
-Strong phone presence and excellent written communication
-Experience working with Infusionsoft or similar CRM (Preferred)
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-Strong listening and presentation skills
-Willingness and desire to grow with the role or into other roles, as appropriate, including field role
-Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
